摘要
探讨了T/R弹力斜纹品种生产工艺,对产品准备工序和织造工序相关技术难点作了分析;根据生产T/R经纬异色弹力布的实践经验,优化生产工艺参数,总结技术措施,减少了疵点的形成并提高了T/R仿牛仔布产品质量。
On the market,the production cost of airbag made by polyamide filament is high,while the cost of polyester filament is lower and its strength is better.The polyester filament has a feature of recycling and calendering.By tensile testing of the filament,several kinds of polyester filament materials which can be used for airbag were chosen respectively,they were 466dtex/70f,166.7dtex/48f,230dtex/72f and 280dtex/48f.
