摘要
在二极管的特性教学中引入了Multisim和Excel软件,通过对《中国期刊网》的检索,没有发现相同的研究方法和成果出现。应用Multisim对二极管的特性进行测试仿真,用Excel对测试结果进行伏安特性和电阻特性曲线拟合、显示,相比传统的实物电路测试更方便和快捷,相比传统的手绘特性曲线更精确和直观,在教学实践中,引导学生对仿真数据和特性拟合曲线进行分析,对二极管特性有更清晰和全面的认识。
In teaching of the diode characteristics,the Multisim software and Excel software are applied to study the characteristics of diode.China Journal Net in search time found no similar research methods and research results appear.Application of Multisim to test the characteristics of the diode emulation and application of Excel to plot the curve of the test results of volt-ampere and resistance characteristics and display have been done.This test program for the physical circuit,compared with the traditional circuit test programs,is more convenient and faster,and it is more accurate and intuitive than the traditional hand-drawn curve program.In teaching practice,to guide students on the simulation data and fitting curve characteristic analysis on the diode characteristics has been done,so that they have a more clear and comprehensive understanding.
