Exploration of practice teaching reform for plant cell engineering

植物细胞工程是一门实践性、应用性很强的学科,以往实验教学方法存在着多种弊端,不能满足人才培养和就业的需求。结合专业特色改革其实验教学内容,通过精选基础性实验,增加综合性、科技创新型实验,设立专题讲座,引入研究生当实验助理,改良实验评价体系,并且加强产学研相结合的方式进行改革,取得了良好的效果,提升了实践教学质量。

Plant cell engineering is a highly comprehensive and practical subject. Traditional experimental teaching methods have many problems, which can not meet the needs of talent training and employment. Combining with agronomy specialized characteristics to reform experiment teaching contents, through careful choo- sing basic experiment project ,increasing the application and scientific innovative project; establishing special topic reporter, using post- graduates as teaching assistants, improving evaluation means, and enhancing the combiner of teaching with the scientific research and products, the reform has gained good results and the prac- tice training quality is promoted.
