摘要
分析了目前高等学校实验技术队伍存在的主要问题,论述了建设创新型实验队伍建设的必要性,提出了创新型高校实验技术队伍建设的主要对策。
The exist main problems of laboratory technical team are analyzed in currently colleges and universities.The necessity of construction of an innovative laboratory technical team is discussed.The main countermeasures of construction of an innovative laboratory technical team are put forward.
