教学效果在较窄层面上主要指学生学习效果,在较宽层面上涵盖教师教学质量、教学管理水平和学生学习效果。从教学实践出发,教学效果监控可分为学生、教师、教学管理者三个层面。教学效果监控的原则包括客观性、科学性和动态性等。教学效果监控过程包括建立质量监控机构,确定监控目标和任务,确定监控指标和工具,搜集监控信息资料,形成并反馈监控结果等。

Teaching effects refers to student＇s learning effects in narrow sense,and it covers teachers＇ teaching quality,teaching management level and students＇ learning effects in broad sense.Based on teaching practice,the teaching effects can be divided into the levels of teachers,students and teaching administrators.The principles of teaching effects include being objective,scientific and dynamic.The monitoring procedure includes establishing quality monitoring institutions,clarifying monitoring goal and task,defining monitoring criteria and instruments,collecting monitoring data,forming the result and giving feedback.
