The paper reports several schemes of water-filling to prevent leakage of LPG at LPG storage tank's bottom flanges, valves,pipes, tank walls etc., the equipments and fittings of the movable water-filling facilities of sledge-Wheelbarrow type, and the leakage-pro of function and results afterimplement.
