摘要 重力式码头的沉降、位移大且持续时间长,是重力式码头的一种通病,而且其中一些通病严重影响码头的使用。结合泉州港肖厝作业区7万吨级码头工程施工和维护的管理经验,把前轨轨道、锚碇、电缆槽、高压箱这4个与码头使用息息相关的部位作为探讨对象,提出在重力式码头结构和构造上设置一些沉降位移的应对措施,目的是简化工程维护工艺、减少对码头使用影响。这些措施部分在工程施工中得到实践,取得很好的经济效益;部分措施是根据经验提出的设想,供业内同行参考。 The settlement and displacement of gravity wharf are usually large and long-lasting,and has always been the common defects of gravity wharf,some of which influence seriously the wharf operation.Based on the construction and maintenance experience of Quanzhou Port Xiaocuo Operation Zone 70 000 DWT wharf engineering,and taking the 4 parts including the front track,the anchor,the cable groove and the high-voltage compartment,which relate closely to the wharf operation,as the study objects,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to simplify the maintenance process and eliminate the influence on wharf operation.Some of the measures have been applied to the engineering construction and achieved satisfactory economic benefit;some are the tentative ideas based on the experience,and they may serve as reference for persons of the same trade.
