摘要
本文报道熟前凝聚染色体制备方法学的研究。对30余例慢性粒细胞白血病患者的骨髓和外周血白细胞的多次实验摸索,建立了本室的常规制备方法,并对其主要影响因素作了初步探讨。
This paper presents the study of methodology of preparation for prematurechro- mosome condensation(PCC).In the series of experiments,the sample of bone mar-
row and peripheral blood of more than 30 patients with chronic myeloid leukemia
(CML)were used.The routine method of preparation for PCC was established.The
main effecting factors involved has been discussed preliminarily.
