在我国全面建设小康社会的历程中,农村小康是全面建设小康社会的关键。只有发展好农村,才能保证全面建设小康社会目标的顺利实现。而在农村小康建设过程中,文化落后是其制约的关键性因素。文化落后致使农民整体素质偏低,导致农业和农村现代化水平低。因此,要以农村文化发展来促进农村全面发展,以农村全面小康促进国家小康。要着力培养知识型农民,完善农村文化政策和文化设施。

In the course of building a well-off society comprehensively in our country,the rural areas well-off is the key of building a moderate prosperous society in all aspects.Only when the countryside develops well,we can guarantee the goal of comprehensive construction affluent society to realize smoothly.But in the rural reconstruction process,cultural backwardness is the crucial factor to overall well-off.Cultural backwardness resulted in down the farmers＇ quality,low levels of agricultural and rural modernization.Therefore,in order to promote cultural development in rural areas to rural well-off.We must focus on cultivating knowledge-based farmers,and improve the rural cultural policies and cultural facilities.
