摘要
本文以小说The Color Purple的两个中文译本为例,通过分析译作对女性主体意识的张扬或遮蔽,发现受西方女性主义翻译理论的影响及中国独特的历史文化传统的制约,国内的一些女译者在其译作中已经凸显出了一定的性别意识,但尚未完全接受、认可这一外来理论,也未使原著中的女性主体意识完全凸显与张扬。
This paper takes as examples of the two Chinese translated versions of The Color Purple and analyzes the of publicizing and masking of the female subject identity in the translation,pointing out that influenced by the Feminism translation theories in the West and restricted by the special historical and cultural traditions in China,some female translators in China have demonstrated a certain gender identity in their translation,but not yet completely accepted and approved such theories,and not yet fully highlighted and publicized the female subject identity in the original works.
