摘要
本文测定了大鼠急性羰基镍吸入性致毒前后肺组织的镍含量及酶谱的活性变化。发现实验大鼠吸入羰基镍后4h 肺组织含镍量最高,且主要在24h 内被清除。肺组织各种酶中,以ALT 变化最明显,且酶活性升高均在组织中镍含量升高之后,可能后者是引起前者升高的原因。
Nickel contents and active changes of enzymes of pulmonary tissue were observed
in rats after being acutely poisoned by intake of carbonyl nickel.Four hours after
administration of nickel the nickel contents in pulmonary tissue were the highest and
the most of them were eleminated in 24 hours.In the determination of enzyme acti-
vities in pulmonary tissue it was iound that ALT activity changes was the most
obvious one and its activity increasing only occurred following the increase of nickel
cntents in the tissue.The ALT activity increase of nickel was resulted probably from
the increase of nickel cntents.
