摘要 以KSC72A优质盘条为原料,热处理采用燃气明火加热炉,采用电镀锌和水箱拉丝工艺研制出直径0.08mm碳素钢丝。通过计算确定成品前热处理钢丝直径为0.60 mm,热处理钢丝加热温度920~1 000℃,铅淬火温度550~600℃,处理后钢丝抗拉强度为1 230~1 300 MPa,电镀锌后钢丝抗拉强度1 130~1 260 MPa,锌层面质量44.3~54.6 g/m2。所生产的直径0.08 mm钢丝定尺长度15 km,抗拉强度3 000~3 300 MPa,锌层面质量4.2~8.6g/m2,达到研制目标。 Taking KSC72A quality wire rod as raw material, making use of gas open fire furnace to do heat treatment, adopting electrogalvanizing and wire drawing with wet wire drawing machine, diameter 0.08 mm carbon steel wire was produced. The diameter of heat treatment steel wire before finished product was determined as 0.60 mm by calculation, the steel wire was heated to 920 - 1 000℃, patenting temperature was 550 - 600 ℃, the tensile strength was 1 230 - 1 300 MPa after heat treatment, 1 130 - 1 260 MPa after eletrogalvanizing, zinc coat surface mass was 44.3 - 54.6 g/m:. The cut lengths of diameter 0.08 mm steel wire is 15 km, tensile strength is 3 000 - 3 300 MPa, zinc coat surface mass is 4.2 - 8.6 g/mE, which reaches development goal.
