摘要
介绍沪杭高铁转体桥用1×7—15.241,860 MPa级无黏结镀锌钢绞线的技术要求及研制过程,针对产品高强度、高防腐性能、高精度的要求,在酸洗、拉拔、镀锌、光整、合股稳定化、无黏结等工序对生产难度及重点生产技术进行分析,设计出合理的工艺流程及技术参数,生产出的成品钢绞线直径均匀,米质量控制在负偏差,断面形状规范,平均抗拉强度为1920 MPa,屈强比为90%~94%,断后伸长率为5.2%,1000 h松弛率不大于2%,锌层面质量290~350 g/m2,平均硫酸铜次数5次,各项性能指标能够满足YB/T152—1999《高强度低松弛预应力热镀锌钢绞线》和大桥的技术要求。
To introduce the technical requirements and development process of 1 × 7 - 15.24, 1 860 MPa unbonded galvanized strand for Shanghai - Hangzhou high-speed railway swivel bridge. As to the requirement of products' high strength, high corrosion resistance, and high accuracy requirement, it analyzed the production difficulities and key production technologies of pickling, cold drawing, hot-galvanizing, skin pass, stranding stabilization, unbonded treatment, etc. processes are analyzed, and designed reasonable technological process and technical parameters. The finished strand' s diameter is very even, and the weight per meter is controlled in negative devitation, average tensile strength achieves 1 920 MPa, yield- tensile ratio at 90% - 94%, elongation after fracture is more than 5.2% , 1 000 hours relaxation rate is less than 2%, zinc coat quality 290 - 350 g/m^2 , average number of CuSO4 test is above 5 times, various performance indicators can meet the technical requirements of YB/T 152-1999 High Strength Low Relaxation Pre-stressed Galvanized Steel Strand and the bridge.
