近年来,有关流浪儿童的问题越来越引起国家相关部门的重视,对流浪儿童的强制救助有其必要性,但同时,也可能面临一系列的挑战:监护权与法律责任的承担;政府各部门职权的交叉;制度异化。而对如何做好强制救助保护工作提出了以下建议:(一)法律法规的支持。(二)资金的投入。(三)专业人才的建设。(四)政府各部门的合作。

Abstact：In recent years,the problems of street children has drawn increasing attention to the state relevant departments,it is necessary to Mandatory relief the street children.But,May also be facing a series of challenges.accountability and legal guardianship,crossterms of government departments,the alienation of the system.Therefore,the author proposed the following suggestions,the support of laws and regulations,capital investment,to build professional teams,the cooperation of various government departments.
