基于校企一体化教学探索职业素质养成模式——以酒店管理专业“0+3”试点班养成教育实践为例

The Mode of Cultivating Professional Qualities Based on School-Enterprise Integrated Teaching

职业素质是当今社会选用人才的第一要素。职业素质养成已成为评价高等职业院校教学质量的重要指标,直接影响到学校的发展和社会声誉。高职酒店管理专业"0+3"联合教学,是旨在组建校企合作教学团队,建立校园文化与企业文化融合的教学环境,注重养成教育的统一性和持续性,构建专业教学、思想教育、道德养成和行为训练等互为一体的教学模式。该模式通过环境同化、系统学习和全面训练,使学生全面养成良好的职业素质。

Professional quality is not only the first consideration when an employer employs a job applicant,but also one of the important indicators adopted to assess the teaching performance of a vocational college.This paper takes the 0＋3 mode teaching practice of Hotel Management majors as an example and discusses how to cultivate students professional qualities： to have a school-enterprise cooperative teaching team,to create a teaching environment with campus culture and corporate culture integrated,to guarantee the consistency of habituation-oriented education,and to adopt the teaching mode of integrating specialty teaching,ideological education,moral cultivation and behavior training with each other.
