摘要
为了更好地促进高职院校的人才培养工作,切实推进教育教学改革,真正培养出素质全面、技能过硬的专业技术人才,课题组特在全院范围内开展了一次针对大学生综合素能状况的问卷调查,并在对调查结果进行分析的基础上,针对性提出促进大学生综合素能的对策。
The research team of this paper,for the purpose of strengthening the education work in Wuxi Institute of College,of enhancing teaching reform and of preparing students to be allround future professionals,make investigation on the status quo of students comprehensive abilities by means of questionnaires.The team then makes an analysis of the data collected,and give some suggestions for cultivating students qualities.
