社会主义新农村孝文化是在对中华民族传统孝文化批判与继承的基础上建立起来的,融入了新的时代内涵和特征。在当今农村"孝文化危机"的情况下,应当积极构建社会主义新农村孝文化,使其成为社会主义精神文明的重要组成部分。要从政府主导、建立长效机制、加强学术研究、孝德教育、法律监督等方面着手建设好社会主义新农村孝文化,为构建农村和谐社会发挥应有的作用。

The filial piety culture in new socialist countryside is built upon the basis of the criticism and inheritance of Chinese traditional filial piety culture, and absorbs a new spirit and features. In the circumstance of today＇ s so-called rural ＂crisis of culture of filial piety＂, we should actively build up a socialistic new countryside culture of filial piety, making it an important part of socialistic spiritual civilization. From the perspectives of government leadership, establishing long-term mechanism, strengthening academic research, filial piety education and legal supervision etc. , we should build a new socialistic countryside culture of filial piety which can play a valuable role in the construction of the harmonious society in rural areas.
