中国城市巨型工程分类初探

A Preliminary Study on the Classification of China's Urban Mega-projects

文章在探讨城市巨型工程的概念、标准以及建设必要性与可能性的基础上,初步将我国城市巨型工程分为CBD巨型工程、交通枢纽、主题公园和大型节事活动场馆四类,并指出其存在的问题。

Based on the discussion of the concept and standard of urban mega-projects as well as the necessity and feasibility of their construction, this paper indicates that China＇ s urban mega-projects can be initially classified into four categories： CBD mega-project, transportation hub, theme park and large events venue. Besides, the paper also points out their corresponding problems.
