摘要
辅导课是在理论课基础上的实践与深化。管理学辅导课的组织分为陈述环节、互动环节、总结环节和课后的书面活动描述。通过管理学辅导课,可以展示学生对正课内容的理解,让学生在"做中学"、"玩中学","享受"管理学。这些效果通过辅导课考核体系来考核并加以保证。管理学辅导课从建立核心课程的课程实训体系、加强高素质的辅导课教师队伍建设、完善实训考核体系等方面对商科实训教学提出了有益的启示。
Tutorials is practice and deepening based on lectures.The organization of Tutorials in Management can be broken into four categories:presentation,interaction,summary and write-up which should be finished after class.The students can demonstrate their understanding of the content in lectures,can"learn by doing",can"learn by playing" and can"enjoy"management through tutorials.These effects can be assessed and guaranteed by evaluation system of Tutorials.From the perspectives of setting up practical training system of core curriculum,strengthening the built-up of high-quality teaching team and perfecting evaluation system of practical training,the helpful inspiration to business education has been raised.
