高校治理中社会参与的困境及对策分析

On the Predicament and Countermeasure of Social Participation in the University Governance

随着我国社会力量的发展壮大,社会作为利益相关者之一参与高校治理的利益诉求日趋强烈,但由于传统观念制约、经济条件限制、参与制度缺失等诸多因素,社会组织参与高校治理还面临着参与志愿失灵、参与权利弱化、参与体系不完备、参与力度不够的困境。因此,我们必须从强化社会参与意识、政府适当的介入和扶持、建立健全社会参与的运行机制以及充分利用现代技术手段等方面强化高校治理中的社会参与。

With the development and expansion of Chinese social force,the benefit demand of society as one of the stakeholders involved in university governance is increasing intensely.Due to the traditional ideas current economic conditional,the insufficient participation system and other factors,there appear several predicaments for social organizations to participate in university governance,such as ineffective participation aspiration,weak participation right,uncompleted participation system and insufficient participation dynamics.To strengthen the social participation in university governance,it is necessary to enhance the awareness of social participation,have appropriate government intervention and endorsement,establish and improve the operational mechanism of social participation and make full use of modern technological means.
