摘要
低碳消费是指以消费低能耗产品和低排放、低污染为特征的消费行为,包括个人消费和社会性消费。低碳消费有穿衣、饮食、居住、出行、家用、娱乐休闲和办公低碳化等多种途径可供选择,而实现低碳消费需要政府宏观调控、市场自发调节、行业协会自律、企业低碳生产和低碳消费文化引导等五大机制共同协作。
Low-carbon consumption refers to the consuming behaviors with the characteristics of low-energy products consumption and low emissions,low pollution,including personal consumption and social consumption.There are many ways of low-carbon consumption to choose from,such as clothing,food,housing,travel,home,entertainment and leisure,and office low-carbonization.To implement low-carbon consumption,it needs five major mechanisms working together:government's macroeconomic regulation and control,market's self-regulation,industry associations' self-discipline,enterprise's low-carbon production and low-carbon consumption culture' guiding.
