摘要
讨论了知识产权竞争力的含义,并分析了知识产权竞争力的组成要素——知识产权资源、知识产权动态能力,在此基础上建立了国家知识产权竞争力评价指标体系。
This paper discusses the meaning of intellectual property right competitiveness and analyzes intellectual property right resources and dynamic capacity,which are key components of intellectual property right competitiveness.On this basis,the paper establishes an evaluation index system of intellectual property right competitiveness.
