贫困山区新型农村合作医疗长效筹资机制创新探析——以青海省为例

Research on the Innovation of Long-term Financing Mechanism of New Rural Cooperative Medical System in Poor Mountain Areas——Based on the Example of Qinghai Province

新型农村合作医疗筹资是新型农村合作医疗制度运行的关键。构建贫困山区因地制宜的长效筹资机制有利于贫困山区新型农村合作医疗制度的可持续运行。通过对青海省都兰县新型农村合作医疗筹资机制的考察分析,提出了贫困山区新型农村合作医疗长效筹资机制创新的启示与建议。

Financing is critical in the implementation of the new rural cooperative medical system（CMS）.Establishing a long-term financing mechanisim adapted to local conditions is conducive to the sustainable operation of new rural CMS in poverty-stricken mountainous areas.Based on the investigation and analysis of the financing mechanisim of new rural CMS in Balong Town,Dulan County,Qinghai Province,this paper puts forward a long-term financing mechanisim of new rural CMS for poverty-stricken mountainous areas and relevant suggestions.
