论构建高校思想政治教育的长效机制

Constructing the Long-term Mechanism of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges

本文从高等教育的现状特征与发展趋势的角度,论述了构建高校思想政治教育的长效机制建设,对提升高校思想政治教育的长效性与实效性,加强和改进高校育人工作中所具有的重要现实意义。指出了高校的思想政治教育长效机制建设应从领导体制、工作机制和制度建设三个方面入手,在组织保证、育人格局、制度保障等环节加强和改进高校思想政治教育,从根本上确保高校思想政治教育的科学发展。

From the current characteristics of higher education and development trend of the point of view,this article discusses the ideological and political education should build long-term mechanism,which is significance to enhancing long term and effectiveness of ideological and political education,and strengthening and improving the college education work.The article pointed out the long-term mechanism construction of ideological and political education should start from the leadership system,working mechanism and system construction three aspects,strengthen and improve ideological and political education from the steps of the organization,educating people pattern and system security,to ensure fundamentally the colleges＇ ideological and political education develop scientifically.
