随着科技的不断进步与应用范围的不断扩大,科技这把双刃剑在不断改变、提升人们生活的同时,也为犯罪行为人提供了各种各样的便利条件。为有效应对这些新情况,本文在探析科技强警理念的正确性和可发展性的基础上,通过对当前犯罪形势、国际化趋势、科技进步和法治化进程的分析得出构建技术性侦查方法体系的必要性与可行性,大胆提出将各类专业技术性侦查方法进行合理整合,并按照一定的原则对其进行构建使之成为一个有机体系的构想。

With the development of science and the expanding the range of applications,science and technology,this double-edged sword,have been changing to improve people＇s lives,at the same provide a wide range of facilities for crimes.To effectively respond to these new circumstances,the author was in the deep feeling that ＂police training＂ concept is correct and developable.On the basis of that,the author boldly proposed the idea of reasonably integrating technical investigative methods in all specialties then constructing an organic system in accordance with the principles.With the analysis on the current crime situation,the international trend,the process of technological progress and the process of the rule of law,this essay finds the necessity and feasibility of constructing a framework of technical investigative methods.
