普通高校体育教育专业人才培养模式研究

Personnel Cultivating Mode of University PE Majors

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对湖南省2009届普通高校体育教育专业毕业生的就业现状进行调查与分析,针对社会对体育毕业生的需求特点,找寻目前普通高校体育专业人才培养模式所存在的问题,并提出一些建设性意见,旨在为提高普通高校体育教育专业的人才培养质量提供参考。

This paper surveyed and analyzed the present job-hunting situation of 2009 university PE graduates in Hunan province using literature review,questionnaire survey and mathematic statistics.Directed at the social requirements toward PE graduates,it tried to reveal the problems existing in the personnel cultivating mode of university PE majors and put forward some constructive advice to provide reference for cultivating high-qualified PE majors.
