我国青少年竞走教练员队伍现状及质量建设研究

The Study on the Status of China Youth Walking Race Coaches and the Quality Construction on Teams

应用调查法、文献资料法与数理统计法,对我国青少年竞走教练员队伍现状进行调查和研究。结果发现:目前我国青少年竞走教练员来源以退役运动员为主,普遍执训年限较短,学历与学识能力不符,职称较低,知识结构不尽合理且知识水平不高。认为:进行知识能力培训、创新选聘制度加强教练员团队建设是提升青少年竞走教练员队伍质量的主要途径。

Given the importance sense of quality of Youth race walking coaches,with the surveys,literature and mathematical statistics,the article studies the status of young race coaches teams and the quality construction.It turns out that： our young race walking coaches were mainly retired athletes,generally with shorter training period,learning ability does not match the higher education,with lower professional title,imbalance knowledge structure,low level knowledge.Accordingly it proposes that： carrying out the training of knowledge and innovation capacity of young people walking coaches,turning to selection system and strengthening the team building is to main way to enhance the quality of youth race walking coaches.
