世界男子单杠项目发展特点分析

On the Development of the World's Men Horizontal Bar Performance

采用文献资料、录像观察和统计分析法,对41届世界体操锦标赛和29届奥运会及我国11届全运会单杠决赛前6名运动员的成套D分动作的类型、难度、连接加分和完成情况进行研究,分析当前世界男子单杠发展的新特点。结果表明:飞行动作是构成单杠成套D分价值的重要动作组别,且动作的使用趋于多样化;具有0.2分连接价值的"二连接"明显增加,C组及以下难度的D分动作使用趋于减少;高D分是获胜的基础,动作完成质量是取胜的保证。

By referring to relative material,watching the videotapes and doing statistic analysis on the acts,difficulty,continuous additional scores and accomplishment of the top six athletes＇ horizontal bar final performance in the 41st World Championship of Gymnastics and the 29th Olympic Games and the 11th National Games,this paper analyzed the new development of men＇s horizontal bar.The result showed： flying acts are the main acts composing the set of D point＇s value acts,and diversified;the connection of 0.2 points＇ value is increasing obviously;D point＇s acts below Act C are decreasing;good D point＇s acts are the basic to win,and the completion quality of the acts is the guarantee to success.
