摘要
论述了系统研制同步注浆浆液的方法,通过室内和现场注浆配比试验,得出一种充填性好、可注性好、保水性好、早期强度高的单液惰性浆,并给出了浆液的具体配比。该浆液在上海市西藏南路越江隧道工程中得到了使用和改进,监测资料证明该浆液在减少地面沉降等方面具有较好的工程特性。用数值模拟方法分析了注浆参数的调整对地表位移的影响,由数值计算的结果可知,盾构同步注浆浆液的弹性模量、注浆量和注浆压力增大都会使地层位移减小,对于控制地表沉降的效果而言,注浆量和注浆压力增大较浆液弹性模量的增大明显。
A developing method of grouting slurry was discussed and a new kind of grouting material which had better filling and grouting ability, better water retention and higher early strength was developed, the mix proportion of grouting slurry was also given out. The mortar material was used and improved in river-crossing shield tunnel of South Xizang Road in Shanghai and the monitoring results showed that the new grouting material had better engineering property in controlling ground settlement. Finite difference method was used to analyze the grouting parameters' influence on ground settlement, the result showed that the ground settlement can be reduced by improving the elastic modulus, grouting amount and pressure of mortar material, but the effects of grouting amount and pressure were more important than that of the elastic modulus of mortar material.
