摘要
根据纳溪至成都天然气输送管道工程泸州长江隧道穿越泥岩和砂质泥岩的工程地质与水文地质条件,并结合输气管道隧道断面小、斜巷坡度大、风险高和建设工期紧的特点,着重开展了小断面水底输气管道隧道的设计与快速施工技术研究。针对泸州长江隧道的结构设计特点和围岩地质状况,研究和采用了"明暗结合,超前探水,控制爆破,喷锚衬砌"的施工总原则。通过工程实践不仅保障了长江隧道的安全施工,同时也解决了因隧道断面狭小而影响施工进度的技术难题,所获得研究成果可为类似地质条件下小断面越江输气管道隧道的设计与快速施工提供借鉴。
On the basis of engineering geology and hydrogeology of Luzhou Changjiang gas pipeline tunnel passing through mudstone and sandy mudstone strata, this paper focused on the design and rapid construction technique for subaqueous tiny pipeline tunnel with consideration of such features as tiny transect, inclined shaft with great gradient, high risk and short construction period. According to the structural design features and surrounding rock condi- tion of this subaqueous tunnel, this paper also presented the general construction principle of "combination of opencut and tunneling method, water-exploration in advance, controlled blasting and shotcrete-bolt lining". The technique did not only engage the safe and smooth construction of Changjiang tunnel, but also solved the difficult technical issues connected with small cross section of the tunnel as well. The obtained results may provide guidance to the design and rapid construction for subaqueous pipeline tiny tunnels under similar conditions.
