Assessment on the Quality of College Graduates' Employment Based on AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

高校毕业生就业质量不仅关系到毕业生的切身利益,也影响着学校的社会整体形象。科学地评价高校毕业生就业质量,有助于对整个就业现象进行客观有效的分析。将层次分析法与模糊综合评判法相结合,在实际调查的基础上,对某高校X专业毕业生就业质量做了科学评判,验证了该方法的可行性、实用性和有效性。

The quality of college graduates＇ employment are not only related to the graduates＇ interests but also to the whole social image of a college. Evaluating the quality of college graduates＇ employment properly will help us attalyze the whole employment phenomenon objectively and effectively. Based on the actual investigation, AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are combined together. The quality of college graduates＇ employment is assessed. It is demonstrated that the method is feasible, practical and effective.
