摘要
阐述了建筑企业核心竞争力的基本内涵。分析了当前我国建筑企业核心竞争力的影响因素。基于层次分析(AHP)法建立了评价指标体系,并求解出各个指标的权重。提出了不断提高企业管理水平,实施有效的管理体系;建立先进企业文化,营造企业核心竞争力;积极培育核心技术,大力推进技术创新能力;培养学习型组织,培育高技能人才几点提升建筑企业核心竞争力的建议。
This article expounds the basic connotation of building enterprises’s core competence,analyzes the influence factors about building enterprises’s core competence of our country currently,establishes the evaluation index system based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and solves the weight of each index.Then,this article puts forward several suggestions to improve building enterprises’s core competence,for example,implementing effective management system in order to constantly improve the management level of the enterprise,establishing the advanced enterprise culture to build enterprises’s core competence,actively cultivating core technologies in order to try our best to promote technological innovation ability,and cultivating learning-oriented organization for fostering high-skill talents.
