摘要
回顾了我国政府投资项目管理模式的演变,对新型的政府投资项目集中代建管理模式进行研究,并以深圳市政府投资项目实践为案例,对政府投资项目集中代建模式的投资控制环境、组织模式、管理主体的责任划分、管理规程等进行了研究。
This paper makes a review of the change of construction management mode for government invested projects,and a research is also made on the emerging centralized-agent construction mode for government invested projects.The practice of bureau of public works of Shenzhen Municipality is taken as the research object to investigate the investment control system,organization mode,the subject of liabilities of the projects and management regulations in order to provide some help for further study.
