建设资源节约型社会视阈下的大众现代节约观培养

The Cultivation of Modern Public Conservation Concept in the Perspective of Building a Resource Saving Society

针对我国在建设资源节约型社会中遇到的问题,分析了大众节约观的局限性以及成因;提出了现代节约观应该建立在公众的社会责任感和对可持续发展观高度认同的基础上,为此政府应该更加关注营造全社会的节约氛围,并坚持对青少年开展现代节约观的教育和引导。

This paper analyzed the limitations and causes of public conservation concept for the problems encountered in building a resource saving society in China.On the basis of that,it proposed modern public conservation concept should be established in the public sense of social responsibility and a high degree of identity on the basis of sustainable development.Therefore,the government should concern more about atmosphere creation of the whole public conservation and insist on young people’s education and guidance.
