摘要
阐析了目前影响地方高校毕业生就业的主要因素,提出应树立以社会需求为导向的人才培养观,构建以就业为导向的人才培养机制,强调以就业为导向,增强学科专业设置的职业针对性,创新人才培养模式,深化课程体系和教学方式改革,突出人才培养特色,打造一支了解市场需求的专业教师队伍,加强就业指导,提高就业服务水平。
The article elaborates main factors influncing graduates’ employment in local colleges and puts forward talents training oriented by social demands and talents training mechanism oriented employment.Then the article focuces on taking the employment as the guidance to strengthen classification of discipline on the basis of vocation.Finally,it presents many relevant measures of innovating the mode of talents training,deepening course system,reforming teaching methods,highlighting feature of talents training,building an excellent professional team who understand market demand and strengthening and perfecting our employment guide work which is to better serve employment.
