射线防护剂预防鼻咽癌放射性皮炎的疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察射线防护剂预防鼻咽癌放射性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2009年初87例治鼻咽癌首次接受放射治疗的患者资料。观察组42例,每次接受放疗前使用射线防护剂外喷放疗照射区域皮肤;对照组45例,放疗前局部皮肤不给予任何处理或药物。两组均进行常规的皮肤护理和健康教育,观察并评定两组患者放疗后放射性皮炎所致的皮肤损伤程度,并对皮肤损伤的发生率进行比较。结果:观察组发生放射性皮炎的几率明显低于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组发生放射性皮炎的程度明显低于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:射线防护剂能有效预防鼻咽癌放疗所致的放射性皮炎,并能减轻放射性皮炎的发生程度。 Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of ray protective agent which prevented radiation dermatitis in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients.Methods:Eighty-seven nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients received radiotherapy during 2009 were selected and divided into two groups by the single-blind random method.The treated group of 42 patients received the spray of ray protective agent on the radiated skin area prior to the radiation exposure,and the control group of 45 patients without any treatment on the skin before radiotherapy.Both groups performed routine skin care and health education,and were observed and assessed of radiation dermatitis extent and the incidence of skin damage after radiotherapy.Results:The probability and degree of radiation dermatitis of the treated group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P 0.01).Conclusion:It proved that ray protective agent was effective in preventing and reducing the degree of radiation dermatitis caused by radiotherapy.
