头孢曲松钠引起嘴唇、龟头发麻

Tingle in lips and glanspenis induced by ceftriaxone sodium

1例28岁男性患者,因上呼吸道感染给予5%葡萄糖注射液250mL+头孢曲松钠3.0g静脉滴注,2min后患者主诉嘴唇、龟头出现针刺样麻木感,难以忍受。立即停药,给予静脉推注地塞米松10mg,5%葡萄糖注射液250mL+利巴韦林注射液0.7g+维生素C注射液3.0g静脉滴注,5min后患者主诉症状消失。后给予5%葡萄糖注射液250mL+阿奇霉素0.5g静脉滴注,患者未有不适症状出现。

One 28-year old male patient was administered intravenously with 5% glucose injeciton of 250 mL and 3.0 g ceftriaxone sodium.The patient complained that lip and glan were numb like needle acupuncture and intolerable after 2 minutes.The administration was stopped immediately and injected with 10 mg dexamethasone,5% glucose injeciton of 250 mL,0.7 g ribavirin injection and 3.0 g vitamin C injection.After 5 minutes,the sympotoms disappeared.No discomfort disappeared with the intravenous administration of 5% glucose injeciton of 250 mL and 0.5 g azithromycin.
