摘要
该文立足于改革开放三十年来社会经济、文化、思想、价值观均发生巨大变革的背景,对当代大学生人格特征做出了解读,对大学生道德、认知、责任三方面的特征做出了简要的分析。提出在价值多元化的背景下,教育过程必须要坚持一元价值主导,以正确的价值观与人格垂范力量培养学生的健全人格。
The last three decades have witnessed great changes in economy, culture, ideology, and value since the reform and opening-up. Based on these changes, the essay is an interpretation of personality traits of contemporary university students and a brief analysis of the university students' f^atures on morality, recognition, and responsibility. In the historical trend of value- diversification, the essay insists that education should maintain unitary, which indicates that the educators, with their own value and personality, are supposed to influence the students and set good examples for them.
