摘要
随着中国特色社会主义现代化建设的发展,新一届中央领导集体在中国共产党第十六届中央委员会第三次全体会议提出科学发展观的治国理念。科学发展观的提出体现了我们党把马克思主义发展观与中国具体实际相结合,是我们党发展观历史上的重大创新。探究科学发展观的哲学基础不仅有利于我们牢固树立和落实科学发展观而且对于贯彻"三个代表"重要思想和构建社会主义和谐社会也具有重要意义。
With the development of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics,the newcentral collective leadership put forward newstate policy of Scientific Outlook on Development in the third plenary session of the sixteenth Central Committee of the CPC.The Sci-entific Outlook on Development represents the combination with Marxism development and China＇s realities,as well as a momentous turning point in the history of our Party development.Exploring the philosophy basis of Scientific Outlook on Development is not only beneficial to setting up and putting into effect the Scientific Outlook on Development but also have significant effect on carrying out Three Represents and building socialist harmonious society.
