流动性过剩背景下的中国虚拟经济发展研究

明确虚拟经济的概念,概括虚拟经济发展的5个阶段,得出虚拟经济具有盈利性、社会性、流动性、国际性、高风险性和向国民经济及国际经济各领域高度渗透性的特点。揭示流动性过剩的本质,明确流动性过剩的现象,根据中国的统计数据作出流动性过剩的基本判断。分析流动性过剩与虚拟经济的因果关系,论证虚拟经济对吸纳过剩流动性的特殊作用,提出在流动性过剩情况下应加快虚拟经济发展的主张。分析中国发展虚拟经济面临的机遇与挑战,提出中国发展虚拟经济应坚持规模适度、注重协调、鼓励创新和加强监管4项基本原则。

The concept of virtual economy is clarified, and the five stages of the development of virtual economy are summarized. It is concluded that virtual economy has the characterastics of profitability, sociality, liquidity, internationalism, high-risk, and strong penetrability to every field of national and international economy. The essence of excess liquidity is revealed, the phenomenon of excess liquidity is clarified, and rudimental judgement of excess liquidity is made according to the statistics data of China. The causality of excess liquidity and virtual economy is analyzed, the special function of virtual economy absorbing the excess liquidity is demonstrated, and the opinion is proposed that the development of virtual economy should be expedited under the circumstance of excess liquidity. The opportunities and challenges of developing virtual economy in China is analyzed, and four fundamental principles should be persisted of developing virtual economy in China are proposed, namely, to keep moderate scale, to emphasize coordination, to encourage innovation, and to strengthen supervision.
