以“师带徒”形式搭建高校关工委工作平台初探

搭建高校关工委工作平台对高校充分发挥老同志的力量具有重大作用,而目前高校关工委开展工作普遍存在的困难和问题,若采取以"师带徒"的形式由关工委老同志对口指导年轻的学生辅导员,搭建帮、传、带的桥梁,可在大学生思想政治教育、心理健康辅导、校园文化建设、奖贷助困工作、就业指导等方面发挥重要作用。

Building platform of working committee for the care of children plays important role in exerting strength of veteran comrades.There are many difficulties and problems in the work of working committee for the care of children.In the way of making master instruct apprentice,in other words,veteran comrades instruct young college counselors,building the relationship of helping,teaching and in-structing can plays an important role in ideological and political work,psychological healthy guiding,construction of campus culture,the work of scholarship,loan and work-study as well as job guidance.
