社会转型期农村纠纷解决机制探析

On the Mechanism of the Rural Disputes'Resolution in the Transitional society

我国目前正处于社会转型时期,各类社会纠纷数量激增,种类日趋复杂。农村纠纷的现状也同样如此,纠纷种类增多、内容复杂。对于农村纠纷的解决方式,在社会转型时期,既要体现法律的权威,又要考虑农村的实际情况。"要在法治的旗帜下,进一步建立健全以调解为主体的多元化的农村纠纷解决体系",充分发挥各种纠纷解决方式的功能,实现农村社会的和谐稳定和国家的长治久安。

China is in a period of social transition.There appear a variety of new disputes.The same is true with the current disputes in the rural areas,there are types of disputes and complicated content.In the period of social transition,the way to settle the rural dispute should embody the authority of the lay and consider the actual situation in the rural areas.In the rule of law,we should further establish and improve the multi-type of rural disputes＇ resolution mechanism which is based on regulation,as well as give full play to the function of dispute settlement and realize social harmony and stability in the rural areas as well as the country＇s long-term stability.
