中国的饮食文化源远流长,中国人不仅讲究"烹",而且讲究"调",从茹毛饮血的时代到满汉全席的出现,再到八大菜系,食文化延绵至今。"吃"发展到一定程度,已经不只是一种生存行为,而是变成了一种文化。
Diet culture has a long history in china.The Chinese people not only care about cooking,but also pay attention to mood.From the period of eating raw birds and animals to Man-Han Banquet,then the Eight Cuisines come into being,Chinese diet culture last for thousands of years.Today,eat is not only a living act,but also becomes a kind of culture.
