关于独立学院英语专业《综合英语》课程的思考

Reflections on the Course of Comprehensive English in Independent Colleges

《综合英语》是独立学院英语专业基础阶段综合性很强的必修课。然而目前的教学却存在着一些问题,影响了教学质量。本文结合独立学院的特点,从学生、教学大纲、教材编写、教学模式、师资力量等方面进行了较详细的分析,并针对以上各点提出比较合理的解决方法,以促进独立学院专业英语《综合英语》课程的改革和发展。

The course of ＂Comprehensive English＂ is the very compulsory course in the first-two-year study of English majors in independent institutes.However,there are still some problems that affect the quality of teaching.Based on the actual characteristics of independent colleges,the author of this paper has done detailed analysis of the related problems from the aspects of the students,the curriculum,the teaching materials,the teaching modes and the teachers.Meanwhile,the author has offered reasonable solution to promote the reform and the development of the course of comprehensive English in independent colleges.
