发达地区乡镇产业集群与小城镇互动发展研究

On The Interactive Development Between Rural Industrial Clusters and Townships in Coastal Provinces of China

本文首先以工业化和城镇化的一般关系为基础,构建了"对称互动"的概念框架;进而展开乡镇产业集群与小城镇关系的案例研究。分别以广东顺德的容桂街道、北滘镇,以及江苏通州的川姜镇为例,回溯乡镇产业集群与小城镇的发展历程,并对发展现状进行对比分析。案例研究表明,乡镇产业集群与小城镇互为依托,但产业集群所依托的小城镇的空间和社会发展不会自发达到理想状态;只有通过有效的公共干预,包括完善的空间规划机制,才能实现乡镇产业集群与小城镇的良性互动发展。

In the first part,the paper reviews the internal interaction mechanisms between Rural Industrial Clusters（RICs） and small towns based on the theoretical relationships of industrialization and urbanization.Secondly,the paper takes three township level local units,namely Ronggui and Beijiao in Peal River Delta,and Chuanjiang in Changjiang River Delta,as case studies.The conclusion is that the symmetric interaction and developments between RICs and small towns would not happen by themselves,therefore,the positive spatial feedback mechanisms,including spatial planning,must be introduced.
