预防和治理"城市病",要顺应城市化趋势,贯彻人本理念,加强战略谋划和长远规划,努力增加大城市数量,促进各城市平衡发展;科学规划城市建设,扩大公共服务供给;加强城市公用设施建设,大力提高市民的规则意识和城市领导者的组织治理能力。
In order to prevent city disease and put it in order,we ought to resilience urbanization,take people as the foremost,take long views to constructmany more big cities and balance them,set the urbanization development planning,science and promote the healthy development of urbanization,strengthen urban public facilities,enhance citizenship education,advance ability of city-ruler.
