论民营中小企业的企业文化建设

The Cultural Construction in Small and Medium Sized Private Enterprises

近年来民营中小企业已经成为我国经济中的一支重要力量。然而民营中小企业文化建设现状却不容乐观,影响了非公有制经济的发展。文章阐述了企业文化建设在中小民营企业生存和发展中的重要作用,分析了我国中小民营企业文化建设的现状,提出了中小民营企业的文化建设应树立以人为本的理念、建设个性化的企业文化等建议。

These years,the small and med ium-sized private enterprises have become an important part of the national economy of China.but the situation of culture construction of the small and med ium sized private en-terprises isn ＇t optim istic.In the article,the important role of construction of enterprise culture of small and me-d ium sized private erterprises is dealtwith and the situation of culture construction of the small and med ium sized private enterprises are analyzed.moreover the overall idea and some suggestions of the cultural construc-tion in small and med ium sized private enterprises tomeet the main demands ofmodern enterprise management are presented.
