Exploring on Educational Technology Training pattern for Teachers in Colleges

随着教育信息化进程的不断深入,提高高校教师教育技术能力成为当务之急。针对目前高校教师培训中存在理论与技能培训脱离、培训与教学实践脱节等现象,提出实施交融法培训及系本培训的建议。

With the development of education informationization,teachers have good educational technology is very important.This article points out that the traditional training model result such disadvantage as the separation of theory and skill,and can not meet the teachers＇ individualized requirement during the class.In order to resolve these problems,integrated training and inner-department training model are put forward.
