美国和中国关于生物质能源发展的扶持政策(英文)

Support Policies on the Development Biomass Energy in the United States and China

分析了美国和中国生物质能源发展的现状及目的,全面阐述了两国对于生物质能源发展的相关政策。近年来,美国和中国都颁布了一系列法律法规,使生物质能源发展上升到了一个战略高度。美国几乎对于每一种生物质能源都提供不同形式的政策扶持,而中国仅仅对有限几种生物质能源提供为数不多的政策扶持。在比较分析中、美两国生物质能源发展不同政策的基础上,对中国生物质能源的发展政策提出了一些建议。

Development situation and objectives of biomass energy in both of the U.S.and China have been analyzed,and an overall review on biomass energy development policies in both countries has been conducted.Both the U.S.and China issued a series of laws and regulations which brought biomass energy while to a strategic height.The U.S.provides different forms of support policies on almost each type of biomass energies.On the other hand,China′ supporting policies are limited to some forms of biomass energies.On this basis,some recommendations have been suggested on support policies of biomass energy in China.
