凝析气田单井井口回压集输管线冻堵分析及解决对策 被引量:1

摘要 新疆维吾尔自治区的雅克拉、大涝坝、S3凝析气田属于压力高、温度高、埋藏深、凝析油含量高的凝析气藏凝析油具有"三低一高"的特点,属于低密度、低粘度、低含硫、高含蜡的轻质原油,凝析气田单井集输流程,采用一级布站方式,井口经油嘴一级节流,降压后经井口水套炉加温进集气处理站集中处理。因节流效应井口回压管线经常出现冻堵问题。为此,对雅克拉、大涝坝、S3凝析气田井口回压金属管线冻堵原因进行了分析、总结。有针对性地提出了以下解冻对策:(1)回油伴热+二级节流;(2)高矿化度盐水加注;(3)井下油嘴;(4)中频感应加热技术;(5)特种防堵管道该研究结果对类似气田井口回压集输管线冻堵具有较好的指导和借鉴意义。 Yakela、Dalaoba and S3 condensate field is located in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,it has the characteristics of high pressure,deeply buried,condensate oil content high.It all have the characteristic of"three - high one low",belongs to low density and low viscosity and low sulfur—containing,high wax content light oil.Condensate individual well gathering circuit,using the way of level cloth station,throttling by choke in well head,after depressurized,gas—oil mixture goes into gas collection processing center when heated by water jacket heater.Due to the throttling effect,well head back pressure collector pipeline often appear frozen plugging problem.Therefore,we have analyzed and summarized the reason of that.We have pertinently put forward countermeasures:(1)scavenge oil heating + second order throttle;(2)fill with brine water of high degree of mineralization;(3)subsurface choke; (4)mid-frequency induction heating technology;(5)special pipeline.This result has good guidance and reference for similar gas field which has the problem of frozen plugging in well head back pressure collector pipeline.
